The following is a brief description of our Terms & Conditions.
The full Terms & Conditions will be supplied prior to
commencement of the hire or we can mail it to you upon request.
The Vehicle must only be driven on bitumen
sealed roads except where roadwork's are in progress on
a section of a sealed road.
For the comfort of all hirers, animals
and smoking are not permitted in our vehicles.
Basic accident cover and kilometres are
included in the daily rate.
The accident cover excess is $1000 where
the Vehicle was built before 1988 and $2000 where the
Vehicle was built during or after January 1988.
We are happy to hire a vehicle to any
licensed driver, including those under 21, however higher
excesses will apply.
Vehicles can be driven, weather permitting,
within our specified Area of Use - from Cairns to the
south as far as Mission Beach, west as far as Atherton
Tablelands and north as far as Cape Tribulation. This
covers all the most popular tourist destinations from
Cairns including Port Douglas & Kuranda.
Vehicles must be returned in a reasonable
state of cleanliness and with the same quantity of fuel
as it was received

A 25% payment will be required
to process a non-refundable deposit to secure a vehicle.
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Australian Money Order,
Direct Debit or Credit Card.
Payments made by American Express will incur a further 4%
transaction fee due to their high fees and charges.
The balance of payment can be paid any time prior to pick
up.
Refunds will be given over the 25% booking fee if paid
in full then cancelled.
Full details of the vehicle, including condition report will
be included in the Rental Agreement.
